We’re at one of our new rehabs at Villa Catalina apartments, which is a 55+ community. This beautiful condo is a two bedroom, two bath sitting at 1409 square feet. Before we get started with our rehab, I’m going to give you a look around so you can see the before and then we’ll show you the after. When we’re done, let’s go ahead and take a look around.
We’re going to start off in the living room. So throughout the entire house, we’re going to add new flooring, new paint. And especially in this room, we’re going to update the light fixtures first in the Eden dining room over there. And then we’re going to add a ceiling fan in this room in the main living room. Let’s go ahead and take a look in the kitchen. So, like I said, we’re going to add new flooring throughout the entire house. We’re going to really freshen up and update the kitchen in here, make it really bright and clean, but it’s a really big kitchen for it being a condo.
Let’s go ahead and take a look at the bedrooms. All right, let’s go ahead and take a look at the first guest bedroom. So you have a really spacious guest bedroom. Again, new flooring throughout new paint. We’re going to update the light fixtures. Give it a nice clean finish. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the guest bathroom. In through here, there’s not a whole lot that needs to be done, but we are going to carry the flooring in throughout in here and just kind of clean up the space and give it some fresh paint.
Let’s take a look at the master bedroom. Okay, here we are in the master bedroom. So this was a really big master bedroom. You have lots of natural lighting, which is really great, and an entrance out to the community pool. We’re going to add fresh flooring, fresh paint, new light fixture in here. And one of the great things about this unit is there’s a lot of storage within the whole space. So two closets right in through here.
Alright, let’s go ahead and take a look at the master bathroom. You have a little vanity space in here, and then you have your bubblegum pink bathroom, which we’re going to keep a lot of the charm of this condo and the uniqueness, but we are going to give it a fresh, bright, and look, I hope you enjoyed this quick tour of our new rehab in this desirable 55+ community in Tucson, AZ.
