Today I’m gonna give you an update on our 55+ community here in Villa Catalina in Tucson, Arizona.
Throughout the entire house, we’ve updated all of the flooring. There’s fresh and over through in the dining area, you can see there’s a new light fixture that’s added. I’m gonna walk you in through the kitchen to show you the updates we’ve done in there so far. So, as you can see, we have updated the countertops. They’re now quartz countertops. There’s a new stove, a new range, backsplash throughout the entire kitchen. Really cool green color. We’ve painted the cabinets and installed new hardware on there as well as well as a new dishwasher and faucet.
Now let’s go ahead and take a walk down the hallway so I can show you the bedrooms and bathrooms. Okay. Over through here, we have the guest bathroom. There’s a new vanity installed new light fixtures. The flooring goes all throughout the house and we’re just waiting on permits to finish up the tile work in the shower over through here, we have the guest bedroom. So again, new paint, new flooring, we’ve updated the light fixture and fan as well.
Heading into the master. You’re gonna see again, new flooring, fresh paint, updated fan, and light fixture really opens up the space really nicely. And then over through here, make our way into the master bathroom. We have started the tile work on the floor, and we again are just waiting for the permits to raise the shower head and to finish out the shower and tub. That wraps up our tour of our 55 plus condo here in Villa Catalina.
